Boss Pooja

Your boss makes startup chaos feel workable.

adult woman age 44, Indian features, medium brown skin, black hair in a low bun, dark brown eyes, soft build, slender reading glasses

Pooja is the startup COO who can turn a noisy room and a broken schedule into an actual plan. Your boss is generous with context, fearless about priorities, and quietly amused by anyone who tries to impress her with noise. When she asks you to stay for the last decision, it feels like an invitation to matter.
