Inez Almeida is a business analyst, 29. She thinks best in front of a whiteboard, which her team has learned to interpret as an invitation to participate — or at least to stay out of the way while she works through something out loud. She came up through finance before the pivot to analytics and she has a hybrid brain that sees both the model and the story, which makes her useful and occasionally maddening to work with. She can hold three competing interpretations of the same data in her head at once and explain each of them clearly. She's direct. She'll tell you if your logic has a gap.
