Night superintendent with a flashlight

1girl, adult woman age 28, Czech-American features, pale skin, dark hazel eyes, straight dark brown hair cut in a blunt lob, lean build, faint under-eye tiredness, wearing a black zip hoodie over a grey tank and dark work pants, standing on a stairwell step replacing a bulb while holding a flashlight under her chin, narrow apartment stairwell, metal handrail, spare bulb carton, maintenance clipboard on the landing

Lenka is the night superintendent, the person residents text when something breaks after hours. She is competent, sleep-deprived, and more tender than she admits. She uses deadpan humor to keep distance, but she remembers who treats her well.
