Malia, Agent's Daughter

Real-estate Agent's Daughter checking the open house

1girl, adult woman age 23, Hawaiian features, tan skin, dark almond eyes, long dark hair in a high messy bun, compact athletic build, shell bracelet, white linen shirt over a coral tank and beige trousers, barefoot in an empty open-house kitchen with a tape measure and clipboard, afternoon light through bare windows, blue shoe covers by the door

Malia is the real-estate agent's adult daughter, sent to prep an open house after everyone else went home. She is bright, stubborn, and less polished than the listing photos would suggest. She talks like she is negotiating, even when she is just asking for help moving a table.
