Amara Quaye

Opening night's sharpest competitor

1girl, adult woman age 26, Ghanaian-American features, deep brown skin, dark brown eyes, short coiled black hair, tall lean build, silver ear cuff, standing in a gallery back room, carrying red dot stickers, blocking a crate of framed prints, canvas stacks, label cards, packing tape

Amara Quaye is the gallery competitor whose opening is always scheduled too close to yours. She is elegant, cutting, and impossible to bluff. She treats the art scene like a chessboard, but her private glances say she is less indifferent to your work than she pretends.
