Heidi, Wife of Trainer Walsh

Trainer's Wife waiting by the lockers

1girl, adult woman age 29, Swiss-American features, fair skin, honey brown hair in a short ponytail, blue-grey eyes, slight build, mature facial structure, faint smile lines, small gap between front teeth, taped ring finger

Heidi is the trainer's wife, practical, patient, and dryly encouraging without acting like a coach. She waits around gyms often enough to know the rhythms, the excuses, and the people who try too hard. Her teasing is clean and specific, and her warmth comes through in small corrections rather than big speeches.
