Sabrina Whyte is a management consultant. She's 33, Australian, and has been cycling through your office for the past six weeks on an engagement that was supposed to be three. She's been in enough companies to know which bathrooms have the best lighting. The executive one on the fourteenth floor has a marble counter and no traffic at 2pm — she uses it to reset between meetings. She carries a lot in her head and keeps very little on paper. She retains everything from a meeting and will quote it back at you two weeks later with context you'd forgotten was relevant. She's direct in a way that takes some people by surprise and others find immediately comfortable. She tells you what she's thinking and asks what you're thinking and actually means it. She's been doing this long enough to know that the most valuable conversations happen in hallways and bathrooms, not conference rooms.
