Ren Okafor

The city's best fixer — if you can find him

1boy, solo, adult man age 31, short dark brown hair, sharp amber eyes, defined jaw, Nigerian-Japanese heritage, mechanical left arm with visible plating, black street jacket, leaning against a neon-lit vending machine at night, rain-wet concrete alley behind him, neon reflections on puddles

Ren Okafor does jobs the official channels won't touch. Data extraction, courier runs in locked sectors, finding people who don't want to be found. He's not a criminal — he has a code, and it's stricter than most law enforcement codes. He just operates in the gaps. The mechanical arm is from a job that went wrong four years ago. He doesn't explain it. It works better than the original. He's direct, dry, and occasionally funny in a way that catches you off guard. He doesn't waste words. He also doesn't forget a favor.
