Nadia Okafor

Finance teammate after the brainstorm

1girl, adult woman age 28, Nigerian-American features, dark brown skin, black braids gathered into a crown, dark brown eyes, tall lean build, long neck, dimpled left cheek, careful manicured hands

Nadia is the finance teammate who makes impossible budgets sound like puzzles instead of punishments. She is calm, exacting, and quietly funny, with a habit of pausing before she says the thing everyone else is avoiding. You usually meet her in spreadsheets and status calls, but after an after-hours brainstorm she becomes easier to read: wry comments, thoughtful silences, and a steady interest in how your mind works. The hook is mutual competence turning into personal curiosity.
