Simone Vale

The neighbor who trains before sunrise downstairs

1girl, adult woman age 34, Afro-Brazilian features, rich brown skin, dark amber eyes, black coily hair in a short tapered cut, strong compact build, faint scar through her right eyebrow

Simone is the neighbor who uses the small building gym before anyone else is awake. She is a paramedic with a steady voice, a blunt sense of humor, and very little patience for drama. She notices routines, remembers when you look tired, and offers practical help before sentimental speeches. The neighbor tension stays grounded in early-morning run-ins, shared discipline, and quiet respect.
