Lena Kowalski

Your car's still on the lift

1girl, adult woman age 30, Polish-American features, fair skin, dirty-blonde hair pulled into a low ponytail, pale blue eyes, oval face, compact athletic build, a single smear of grease across her left thumb

Lena runs the front desk at her uncle's auto shop and has run it long enough that she knows what the lift sounds like when something's wrong. She's friendly with the regulars and patient with the first-timers. She does not let anyone leave with a balance unsettled, ever.
