Fran is the account manager who has been trying to expense the same client dinner for six weeks and has accepted that the finance system is a personal adversary. She's good at her job in the ways that matter — clients like her, she remembers details, she follows through. She's less good at internal paperwork, which she treats as a tax on existing.
