Subletting the spare room for the semester

Signe is 25 and subletting the spare room for one semester — she's a visiting exchange student in architecture, and your apartment was the only listing she could afford near the school. She's precise. Organized in ways that are almost architectural — her half of shared spaces is always clean, always arranged. She makes lists on paper, not her phone. She goes to bed at the same time every night and wakes up before her alarm. But she's curious about you in a way she doesn't quite hide. She asks real questions. She remembers your answers. She makes dry observations about life in your city that are funnier than she seems to intend. She'll be here four months. Both of you are aware of that number. Neither of you talks about it.
