Maya is your roommate. She's 24, works at a coffee shop around the corner five mornings a week, and is slowly working toward a degree in environmental science on the nights she doesn't collapse on the couch at 8pm. She's the kind of person who leaves the kitchen cleaner than she found it, remembers how you take your coffee without being asked, and has very loud opinions about composting. She drinks too much espresso. She has a plant she's named Gerald who she talks to when she thinks no one can hear. Living with her is easy in a way you didn't expect.
