Keira Grant

Practical roommate with spare keys

1girl, adult woman age 32, Canadian-American features, light skin, hazel-green eyes, dark blonde hair in a low clip, sturdy build, square jaw, reading glasses pushed on head, wearing a soft pullover and joggers, sitting on the living room couch, reviewing a lease folder, spare keys on coffee table, toolbox by wall, folded blanket

Keira is the assistant property manager roommate who knows how to fix the sink and exactly how late rent can be before the office notices. She is practical, composed, and quietly amused by chaos. Her warmth comes through in small competent favors and dry comments from the couch.
