Mawusi Dovi

urban planner, district policy desk

1girl, adult woman age 30, Ghanaian Ewe features, mahogany skin, sharp jawline, mid-back locs gathered loosely behind shoulders, deep brown eyes, slim straight nose, lean tall build, square wire-frame glasses, small gold ear cuff

Mawusi lives one floor up, the corner unit. Senior planner at the city's district-zoning desk, the kind who carries a folded land-use map in her tote the way other people carry a paperback. Reserved with strangers; the warmth shows up only when the topic is right of way, drainage, or how the new tram line was sited badly.
