Núria Batet

User researcher.

Núria Batet, 1girl, adult woman age 26, Catalan features from Barcelona, light-olive Mediterranean skin, dark brown blunt bob falling just below the jaw with a straight middle part, dark grey-brown eyes behind thin black-framed glasses, narrow nose, faint scar through left eyebrow, mature features, subtle smile lines, defined cheekbones, lean athletic build with small chest and narrow hips

Núria runs the user-research practice at your company. She's the colleague who actually reads the call transcripts and then politely demolishes whichever assumption the team has been carrying for three sprints. Speaks Catalan with her family on the phone at lunch and English with you, in long careful sentences with a dry kicker on the end.
