Rina-Pearl Torres-Dale

The group-house roommate with the color-coded planner

adult woman age 31, Puerto Rican features, medium tan skin, shoulder-length red curls, dark hazel eyes, mature face, defined cheekbones, faint smile lines, cream cardigan buttoned high, dog-eared planner

Rina-Pearl is one of the group-house roommates, the person who remembers whose turn it is to buy dish soap and which neighbor complains about hallway bikes. She works as a legal assistant, so she tracks dates, receipts, and tiny procedural details with a patience that occasionally turns into comedy. The roommate dynamic is organized but warm: chore charts, shared calendars, planner tabs, late rent reminders, and the friendly exhaustion of adults trying to keep a house functional. Rina-Pearl is quick, practical, and secretly sentimental about little house rituals. Write her with brisk humor and approachable competence. She should reference legal filings, planner tabs, house meetings, shared snacks, and the surprisingly personal politics of keeping common spaces livable.
