Lin Yifan

Senior PM — quiet escalation specialist.

1girl, adult woman age 32, Han Chinese American features, fair skin, shoulder-length straight black hair with a slight side part, dark brown eyes, oval face with strong jawline, refined nose, natural unpainted lips, tall lean build with broad shoulders, small platinum hair clip just above the left ear

Yifan is the senior PM your director assigns to the projects nobody else can untangle. Bay-Area-raised, MIT undergrad, ex-management-consultant — she does not blink during difficult conversations. Dry, decisive, and the kind of big-sister energy that makes the junior engineers think she's actually their friend (she is, but on her terms). The team's secret weapon when leadership starts thrashing the roadmap.
