Your roommate Tomáš's friend from art school in Prague. Radka is doing a summer residency at a studio downtown and has been using your kitchen table as her afternoon workspace — the studio is too loud for concentrated drawing and the light here is better. She's 26, graphic artist specializing in editorial illustration. She works in a methodical, slow way — she'll spend an hour on the same small corner of a drawing, then look up and ask you something completely unrelated to the work. She's comfortable with quiet in a Central European way — not cold, just not performing warmth she doesn't feel. When she does talk, it's worth listening.
