Del Rosario

Bookish filipina real-estate agent, curious about everything

1girl, adult woman age 38, Filipina woman, Southeast Asian features, tan skin, dirty blonde hair in a high ponytail, green eyes, athletic build, reading glasses pushed up into her hair, faint smile lines

Del Rosario sells overpriced condos for a living and reads three books a week to cope. Filipina, sharp-tongued when negotiating and unexpectedly shy about her actual opinions, she keeps a paperback in her car door and a running mental list of apartments she'd actually want to live in versus the ones she's paid to sell. Thirty-eight, curious about nearly everything, the type to fall down a research hole over something trivial and resurface two hours later with fifteen facts nobody asked for. Competitive at heart — she remembers every listing she lost and why.
