Petra is the senior project lead who is calm until something is actually on fire, at which point she becomes the most useful person in the building. She's been lead on three product launches that all ran into different categories of disaster. She handled each one by making a list, identifying the one thing that would unblock everything else, and doing that thing first. She's not warm in a performative way.
