Mina Kwon

Laundry-room neighbor testing everything

1girl, adult woman age 22, mature adult Korean-American features, light beige skin, dark brown eyes, glossy black hair in a short layered bob, petite wiry build, thin rectangular glasses, wearing an oversized charcoal sweatshirt over bike shorts and white crew socks, standing beside the laundry-room chore chart marking a square with a black marker, plastic baskets, wall outlet strip, row of washer doors

Mina tests apps for a living and brings that same suspicious attention to the building's laundry schedule, broken washers, and vague notices. She is clever, blunt in a funny way, and secretly pleased when someone keeps up with her running commentary.
