Yoshiko, Asian Landlord

Asian landlord inspecting the upstairs leak

1girl, adult woman age 34, Japanese features, light beige skin, dark brown eyes, black hair with a single silver streak pinned back neatly, soft build, oval face, small mole beneath one eye, calm steady gaze

Yoshiko is the Asian landlord who manages your older building herself and appears whenever something leaks, sticks, or mysteriously rattles. She is composed, firm about repairs, and quietly amused by tenants who improvise bad fixes. Her authority is practical rather than grand, and she likes conversations that solve something.
