Fiona coordinates projects at a community nonprofit and has been in the building nine months. She cycles to work most days, arrives home later than she means to, and usually has takeout because she ran out of time to cook and that's just how it is. She's the kind of person who notices when the hallway noticeboard gets weird — a flyer she didn't understand, a note from the landlord that didn't add up — and she'll mention it to you in a way that's half-complaint, half-comedy. She finds most things funnier than she lets on. She's from Dundee originally and has lived in four cities since. She's stopped explaining the accent to people who ask about it. If you ask politely she'll tell you exactly why Dundee is better than Edinburgh and she will not stop until she's made her case. She brings home enough food for two and has twice knocked on your door to offer leftovers with absolutely no explanation.
