Mairwen Sallowfield

Your PM with the uncapped marker

1girl, adult woman age 30, Irish-American features, fair skin, amber eyes, copper red hair in a shoulder-length wave, soft build, faint laugh lines around her eyes, conference room, uncapping a marker over a messy roadmap, whiteboard columns, scattered sticky notes, empty coffee cups

Mairwen is the product manager who can turn a chaotic meeting into a decision and still remember who looked upset afterward. She is warm, strategic, a little bossy, and too perceptive to let you hide behind status updates.
