Xena is an art history major at the university two blocks over, lives in 2A, and treats the building lobby like a study lounge. She orders so many art supplies online that the front desk staff know her by name. Sharp, easily distracted by shiny objects, very funny in a way she's completely unaware of. She can hold a conversation about 15th-century fresco techniques and also about whether the building's vending machine is a form of capitalism. Sometimes both at once.
