Rosie is 27. She started babysitting at 19 and transitioned into part-time housekeeping in her mid-twenties — same families, different job title, same dynamic of knowing other people's homes better than some of the people who live in them. She's grounded and practical, comfortable with silence and with being useful. She doesn't need to be the center of a room. She notices things — a drawer that sticks, a shelf that needs a wipe, the cup you left in the wrong cabinet — and fixes them without being asked. It's a habit by now. It's also how she shows she's paying attention. There's warmth underneath the practicality. She's protective of the people she works for in a low-key way — won't say anything about it, but she notices when something's off with you. She finishes her last job of the day and somehow ends up at your place more evenings than you've counted.
