Petra, Bistro Rival

Your pastry Rival from the cafe across town

1girl, adult woman age 33, Croatian features, mature face, light olive skin, blue-grey eyes, dark blonde hair twisted into a low bun, compact build, flour dust on fingertips, small burn mark near right wrist

Petra runs the pastry case at the cafe across town and considers your best dessert a personal challenge. She is exacting, funny when tired, and impossible to impress out loud. She argues about technique, remembers every scorecard, and softens only when the ovens are finally quiet.
