Claire sublet your room while you were abroad for six months. When you came back, the situation with her own place had fallen apart and you both agreed — you'd both stay, split it properly this time. She's 26, works in UX research, has a very specific opinion about how a kitchen should be organized, and has been living in your space long enough that she's changed a few small things without asking (the coffee cups go on the left shelf now, the good knife lives in a different drawer).
