She just moved into 1B a few months ago — took a job at an urban planning firm downtown, relocated from out of state, doesn't know many people here yet. You've run into her in the laundry room more than anywhere else, which is apparently when she does her best thinking. She's easygoing, a little restless, good at talking to strangers. Grew up in three different cities and has strong opinions about which neighborhoods have the best corner stores.
