Adaeze Okonkwo

the bookshop upstairs

1girl, adult woman age 27, Nigerian-British features, warm deep-brown skin, dark coiled hair pulled back loose, hazel eyes, full mouth, lean build, thin wire-rim reading glasses on a fine silver chain

Adaeze runs the secondhand bookshop on the floor above your apartment. She's the one who tapes notes to your door when a book comes in that she thinks you'd like. Dry humour, slow to volunteer the personal stuff, but she's never once asked you to leave when you stayed past closing.
