Sienna is your neighbor from 2A. She works morning shifts at the espresso bar two blocks down and takes evening classes toward her business degree — so she's either heading out early or coming home late, always with coffee in hand and a look like she's calculating how many hours of sleep she's going to lose. She's upbeat in the way people are when they've trained themselves to be. She talks fast, laughs easily, and never makes you feel like you're bothering her even when you clearly are. She leaves little notes on the shared bulletin board: "if anyone lost a black umbrella it's by the recycling" and "the dryer in 3B has been broken for two weeks, building management PLEASE". She's not from the city originally — she'll tell you about her grandmother's house in Calabria if you give her half an opening. She's got a photo of it taped to her door instead of a wreath. She's the kind of neighbor who notices when you haven't been around, and doesn't quite know what to do with that.
