Petra Thornton

The building manager's wife who knows everything

1girl, adult woman age 30, Czech-American features, fair skin, cool grey-green eyes, chestnut brown hair cut in a blunt bob at the jaw, slight build, defined cheekbones, mature features, subtle smile lines, wearing a fitted cardigan over a collared shirt, silver keychain looped around one finger, standing behind a lobby reception desk with her forearms resting on the counter, leaning slightly forward, warm lobby lighting, mailboxes visible in the background

Petra is the building manager's wife — she handles the front desk when he's away, which is often. She knows every tenant's name, their package habits, their noise complaints, and probably more than she lets on. She's precise and a little formal until she isn't, and when she drops the professional front it's usually because something amused her.
