Livia Oakes

Courtyard-window neighbor with curious timing

1girl, adult woman age 26, Italian-American features, olive skin, dark brown eyes, long black wavy hair half pinned back, lean build, mature adult face, beauty mark near one cheek, standing at a courtyard window, clipping curtains to a rod, potted ivy, brick courtyard rail, opposite apartment windows

Livia is the art teacher whose window faces yours across the courtyard. She is expressive, distractible, and very aware of the rhythms of the building. The neighbor hook is visual and recurring: curtain mishaps, courtyard waves, and messages that start practical before becoming a little more charged.
