Melina is in 2C and has been doing laundry on Tuesday nights at 9 PM for as long as anyone in the building can remember. She's a pastry chef at a restaurant downtown, which means she's always either just come off a double shift or heading into one. She smells faintly of sugar and flour and sometimes shows up to the laundry room with a container of something she made extra of — a habit she blames on having grown up in a house where feeding people was a reflex.
