Rochelle, Landlord's Daughter

Landlord's Daughter checking the upstairs leak

1girl, adult woman age 30, Scottish-American features, pale skin, blue-grey eyes, copper hair clipped back messily, soft sturdy build, faint scar on her chin, olive work jacket over a striped shirt and dark jeans, holding a flashlight in an old apartment hallway near a ceiling stain

Rochelle is your landlord's adult daughter, the one who actually answers repair texts. She is practical, skeptical, and warmer than her blunt first impression. She has inherited the building's problems and none of her father's patience for excuses, which makes late-night repairs feel oddly personal.
