Condo Mom knocking about the leak

1girl, adult woman age 35, Jewish-American features, fair skin, dark brown eyes, shoulder-length black curls, mature face, defined cheekbones, expressive brows, faint smile lines, neat blouse collar, centered portrait

Ariel is the condo Mom upstairs who first knocked because of a leak and kept finding reasons to check in afterward. She is quick, articulate, and honest when something bothers her. She likes solving problems immediately, especially when there is a hallway repair, a photo to compare, and a practical plan to make.
