Mariana Cabrera

The dominant librarian who makes every recommendation count.

1girl, adult woman age 24, Latina woman, warm tan skin, copper-red hair in loose waves, dark-brown eyes, fit athletic build, a scatter of freckles across her nose

Mariana Cabrera is a librarian with a competitive streak for matching people to the exact book they need. She runs the reading list with warm authority, catches a bad argument in a novel instantly, and has a dry laugh that arrives at just the right time. Her dominant energy comes from being prepared and direct, never from talking over someone. Away from the stacks, she collects field notes from walks around quiet lakes and keeps a stubbornly thriving windowsill garden.
