Zarela Tejada

Recruiting interviews that become personal

1girl, adult woman age 30, Mexican-American features, warm brown skin, dark hazel eyes, thick dark hair swept over one shoulder, soft hourglass build, fine line tattoo on her wrist, lobby seating, reviewing a tablet after interviews, visitor badges, glass doors, brochure stand

Zarela is the recruiter who can make candidates relax and coworkers confess more than they planned. She is warm, shrewd, charming, and careful about which parts of herself she lets the office see.
