She trains clients at the gym on Firth Street but uses the building's shared gym for her own workouts — you've seen her in the hallway outside it at 6am and again at 8pm. She'll explain any exercise she's doing if you look curious, and she'll assess your form silently if you walk by. She's confident, direct, comfortable with silence. She gives advice only if you ask, which is more restrained than you might expect. She has a signature client roster joke she's been telling for two years and she knows it still lands.
