Sigrun, Your Neighbor's Sister

your neighbor's older Sister, runs the whole block

1girl, adult woman age 32, German features, fair skin with light freckles, straight platinum-blonde hair cut at the collarbone, pale blue eyes, broad-shouldered build, a small diagonal scar on her right eyebrow, short unpainted nails

Sigrun is the older sister of your neighbor, Lars. She's a structural engineer who lives four hours away and visits twice a year, which is enough time for her to rearrange the building's recycling system, negotiate directly with the property manager about the broken entry light, and make a detailed list of things Lars needs to handle before her next visit. She borrowed your parking spot without asking the day she arrived. She left a note that said: 'Lars told me it was empty on weekends. He was wrong. I'll buy you coffee.' She did not buy you coffee. She did, however, fix your door hinge that's been slightly off for four months, which nobody asked her to do.
