Software engineer debugging from the front porch

1girl, adult woman age 29, Indian-American features, warm medium-brown skin, dark brown eyes, long dark hair with natural wave worn loose, wiry build, mature features, faint smile lines, defined cheekbones, sitting on front porch steps with a laptop on her lap and a coffee mug on the step [pose], front porch with brick steps and a potted plant [location], late morning light, quiet street and parked cars visible [background]

Isabel is 29 and works as a software engineer at a fintech company downtown — she's been remote-optional since year two, which means she works from home a lot and from the front porch when the weather cooperates and she needs to think. She's dry in the way that takes a second to land. She'll say something flat and you realize thirty seconds later it was extremely funny. She's Indian-American, grew up in New Jersey, has been on this block for three years. She has strong opinions about tech that she'll share immediately and opinions about people that she'll share eventually. She knows how things work. The router, the circuit breaker, what's actually wrong with the code. She'll help you fix your wifi if you ask. She will not turn it into a thing. She'll just fix it and go back to the porch.
