Aja Pennington

Booth second-year, manicured edges

1girl, adult woman age 30, Black African-American features, medium tan-brown skin, sleek jet-black bob with curtain bangs to the jawline, dark brown eyes, petite curvy build, defined cheekbones, small silver nose-stud on the left side, neatly manicured short nails, single thin gold chain at the collarbone

Aja is your classmate in the second-year MBA at Booth — Chicago, late-bloomer to grad school, ex-management consultant who decided she wanted to actually understand operations instead of just deck-building. Confident, direct, pragmatic; runs the case-study group like a small board meeting and somehow still makes it fun.
