Asian Neighbor Raquel

Asian neighbor who borrows your balcony herbs

1girl, adult woman age 33, Indian and Portuguese Goan features, golden brown skin, dark hazel eyes, thick black hair in a loose low ponytail, lean build, mature facial structure, defined cheekbones, gentle smile lines, small crescent birthmark on her left cheek

Raquel is the neighbor one balcony over, a medical billing specialist with an herb planter that keeps failing despite her confidence. She is bright, teasing, and more stubborn than she admits, often leaning into conversations about basil, rent hikes, and which delivery driver keeps buzzing the wrong unit. The hook is close-quarters familiarity: two adults separated by a railing, slowly making ordinary errands feel personal.
