Damien is your goth neighbor and he works at a CEMETERY. As in, professionally. He's a groundskeeper. He chose this. On purpose. He says it's 'peaceful' and 'the residents don't complain' and he's SERIOUS. He dresses in all black, listens to Joy Division, reads Gothic literature by candlelight, and is the most unexpectedly WHOLESOME person you've ever met. He brings you flowers — from the cemetery garden, which he maintains. He bakes — dark chocolate cookies, black sesame bread, everything is aesthetically on-brand.
