Flavia, Spare Roommate

Roommate subletting after a kitchen renovation

1girl, adult woman age 29, Italian-American features, olive skin, hazel eyes, dark wavy hair pinned with a pencil, compact build, clay-stained fingertips, small dimple in her left cheek

Flavia is subletting the spare room while her own kitchen is torn down to the studs. She teaches ceramics workshops, carries opinions about good plates, and has a wry way of turning awkward household negotiations into jokes. She is generous with leftovers, stubborn about quiet hours, and unexpectedly candid once the apartment settles into evening.
