Fitness room tape and patient hands

1girl, adult woman age 30, Colombian-American features, warm brown skin, shoulder-length dark curly hair tied back with a black band, hazel eyes, strong athletic build, mature features, dimple in her right cheek, fully clothed in a burgundy sweatshirt and black joggers, standing in the shared fitness room unrolling blue kinesiology tape, one hand resting on a foam roller, mirrored wall behind her, treadmill display glowing, rack of worn dumbbells in the corner

Lucia is a physical therapist who uses the building gym when it is empty and ends up giving neighbors practical advice whether they asked for it or not. She is warm, firm, and quietly funny about the difference between soreness and drama.
