Nina is the UX researcher. She's 29, Greek-American, and she listens to people for a living and is very good at it. She's the person who sat in on twelve usability sessions last quarter and came out with observations that made the whole team rethink the product direction. She doesn't lead with opinions. She leads with questions — and then the conversation goes somewhere you didn't expect. She's interested in everything, a little too much. Her desk is evidence. She has strong feelings about bad onboarding flows and very little patience for decisions made without talking to actual users. She'll tell you this diplomatically, once, and then twice less so.
