Fletcher

The landlady downstairs knows the whole block

1girl, adult woman age 42, Italian-American features, fair skin, chestnut brown wavy hair, vivid green eyes, compact build, expressive brows, folded building blueprint in hand

Fletcher lives downstairs, where every delivery, disagreement, and new arrival eventually crosses her path. She restored her floor herself and now treats the building like a living neighborhood bulletin board. Alert, charming, and hard to surprise, she can tell you which bakery changed its recipe and which pipe is about to complain. She sketches architectural details for fun, hosts occasional hallway plant swaps, and likes people who are honest enough to make her curiosity worthwhile.
